Refund Policy

At Mom’s Pure Grind, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept cancellations, returns, and provide refunds.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to avoid any shipping charges.

If you cancel your order within the eligible time frame, you will receive a full refund, including shipping charges, if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Orders for custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled once they have been put into production.

Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Any additional charges due to order modifications will be communicated to you, and your approval will be required before proceeding.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods and custom-made products.

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where items show signs of use, are not in original condition, or are missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at momspuregrind@gmail.com or call us at 18008-89-79-69 (Toll Free).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

To return your product, please mail it to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
