All orders placed through our website are delivered via the Indian Postal Service.

Order Tracking & Modifications

You can track the status of your order from the Orders section of your account. Order cancellation and address modification are allowed based on the current order status.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, online payment can be made if the option is available.

Shipping Status

The shipping status indicates that the item has been packed and handed over to the post office. This status includes the time required by the postal service to process and deliver the item to your doorstep.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided by our customer service team for your reference. You can track your shipment using this number, and delivery will be completed as per the estimated timeline mentioned on the product page.

Pick-up Timeline

We aim to initiate order pick-up at the earliest. However, based on pin codes and courier partner assignment, the pick-up timeline may vary between 3 to 7 days.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
